Why we built it

Municipalities, school districts, Island Health, BC Housing and federal sites on the Island all buy cleaning, grounds, building maintenance and similar services, much of it on steady multi-year contracts. But the notices are spread across a dozen portals, written for procurement officers, and easy to miss. Larger firms pay estimators to watch them. Most local crews don't have the time.

What's next
