The short version: CrewBid helps you find public contracts, but the official posting is always the source of truth. Check it before you bid.

Using CrewBid

By using this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use CrewBid for a business, you're agreeing for that business.

The listings

We collect public tender notices from government and other buyers' websites, and write plain-language summaries of them. We try to get every detail right, but notices change, summaries can miss things, and some contracts will never reach us.

  • Before you bid, read the official posting and its documents, including any addenda.
  • Closing dates, requirements and values shown here are a guide, not a promise.
  • Renewal dates are estimates from past contracts, not announcements from the buyer.
  • We aren't affiliated with any buyer or tender portal, and we don't take part in bids.

Your account

  • Keep access to your email and Google account secure. Anyone with your sign-in link can use your account.
  • Give us a real email address that you're allowed to use.
  • You can stop using CrewBid at any time, and ask us to delete your account.

Please don't

  • Copy or download listings in bulk, or scrape the site with automated tools.
  • Resell or republish our listings or summaries.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
  • Use someone else's account or email address.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Price

CrewBid is free while we're in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you well in advance, and nothing you're using will start charging you without your agreement.

No guarantees

CrewBid is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, complete or error-free, or that you'll win any contract. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from relying on information on the site, such as a missed deadline or a bid that wasn't accepted.

Changes

We may update these terms as CrewBid grows. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada.
