Renewal calendar

Most maintenance contracts run for a few years, then go back out to tender. This calendar shows when the recurring contracts we've seen are likely to come up again, so you can be ready before the notice is posted.

The calendar fills in as we see recurring contracts close. Check back soon, or get alerts in the meantime.

How we estimate

When a recurring contract closes, we read its term from the notice (for example "three-year term with two one-year options") and assume it starts about six weeks after closing. Buyers usually re-tender a few months before a contract ends, so the window runs from five months before the earliest end (no options used) to one month before the latest end (every option used). When an award notice gives the real start date, we use that.

These are estimates. Buyers can extend, cancel, combine or bring work in-house, and some renew by invitation. Only contracts whose notice states a term appear here, and each one drops off once we see it re-tendered.

Be ready when it comes back out.
