The help assistant
Members can ask questions in the help panel. Answers come only from these help articles, with a link to the one used.
Open Help at the top of any page and type a question under Ask a question. Signed-in members can ask up to 20 questions a day.
- The assistant runs on an open-source model on our own servers. Your question is not sent to any outside AI company.
- It answers only from these help articles and links the article it used. If no article covers your question, it says so.
- We keep your question and the answer so we can write better help. See the privacy policy.
Answers can be wrong. For anything about a specific bid, check the official notice, or email us.
