Contracts coming up for renewal

Recurring contracts usually come back out to tender on a cycle. We estimate when, so you can get ready before the notice drops.

Many service contracts (janitorial, landscaping, snow removal) run for a fixed term, often with option years, and are then tendered again.

When a recurring bid closes, we read its term from the notice and estimate when the next round should be posted. Dates are rough by design, so they say "expected around". When a new bid looks like the same contract coming back, we link the two, and the estimates get better over time.

Use the lead time to get pricing, references and insurance ready.
