This contract provides security clearance and facilities maintenance services for 100 buildings across Northern Canada, including Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon. Work includes hard services like HVAC, electrical, and fire systems, plus soft services such as landscaping, janitorial, and snow removal. The project runs for up to 11 years, starting in Winter 2028.
