For stratas and co-ops
Get quotes from crews for your strata, free
Landscaping, snow, windows, roofs, cleaning and inspections. Post the contract once, local crews who do the work get it in their alerts, and council or your manager picks who to hear from.
What do you need done?
Pick one and we'll start the request for you. You can change every word.

How it works
- Post the work. What needs doing, where, how often and when you need quotes by. Insurance and WorkSafeBC requirements are one tick each.
- Crews near you get it. Members who do that trade in your area get it in their alerts, usually the same day.
- Interested crews email you. Each one's business name, trades, insurance and note comes to your inbox. You reply to the ones you want to hear more from.
Getting good quotes for a strata
- Ask for a WorkSafeBC clearance letter (WCB in Alberta) and a certificate of insurance before anyone starts.
- Say how many sites, how often and for how long. Crews price recurring work very differently from one-off jobs.
- Offer a site visit for anything bigger than a day, so quotes are based on the same look at the work.
- Give crews at least a week to respond, two for a season-long contract.
- Mark the request filled when you hire someone, so other crews know.
CrewBid lists work and passes along crews' details. Your bylaws and the Strata Property Act still decide how council approves a contract.
Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing, for you or for the crews who reply. CrewBid doesn't take a cut, and nobody should ask you for a fee to quote.
Can council and our property manager share the account?
Sign up with the address you use for strata business, such as council@ or your manager's work email. Interested crews' details go to that address.
What do crews see?
Your strata name (for example Strata Plan VIS1234), the town, and the work. With your own domain email they also see a Verified badge. Never your unit numbers or phone numbers.
What if nobody replies?
Your request stays listed until the date you picked, and you can move the date or change the details. Before you post, the form shows how many crews near you get this kind of work in their alerts.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Yes, any time, from the request's page or My requests. Crews who were tracking it get a note saying what changed.
